Issue
After upgrading, the following error might occur when visiting any workflow page:

Resolution
To clear this error clear the SharePoint cache and perform an IISReset. For more information, see SharePoint 2010 – Clearing the Configuration Cache.
Additional Information
This error is due to stale information in the SharePoint config cache.
