RESOLUTION
Retract and re-deploy the Nintexworkflow2013.wsp solution- Navigate to Central Administration >> System Settings >> Manage Farm Solutions.
- Click nintexworkflow2013.wsp to open the solution properties page.
- Click Retract solution and click OK.
- Wait for confirmation that solution has been successfully retracted.
- Click nintexworkflow2013.wsp to open the solution properties page.
- Click Deploy solution and click OK.
