Error "soap:ServerServer was unable to process request ... Key in dictionary: 'vti privatelistexempt' Key being added: 'vti privatelistexempt'

ISSUE

When publishing a workflow that was imported from a different environment, where the workflow has a “Request Data” action and an InfoPath form is used as the default form type, the following error might occur:

RESOLUTION

From the new site, delete the imported InfoPath file from the ‘InfoPath’ folder in ‘NintexWorkflows’ library and republish. This will force the generation of the new infopath .xsn file in ‘NintexWorkflows’ library.
