Issue
The following error occurs when attempting to publish a workflow
soap:Server was unable to process your request. failed to publish workflow 2013 is not activated for this web application
soap:Server was unable to process your request. failed to publish workflow 2013 is not activated for this web application
Resolution
- From Central Administration go to Nintex Workflow Management > Web Application Activation
- Select "All content web applications"
- Select "Activate"
