Error: Ribbon <Tab> node must have a <Scaling> subnode
Resolution
From Central Administration got to Site Setting > Site Features and activate the feature Nintex Workflow Admin
Additional Information
The error occurs in Central Administration > Workflow Environment while trying to click on "Action Settings"
