When publishing workflows or forms the following error occurs:
soap:ServerServer was unable to process request. ---> Could not find stored procedure 'GetPublishedUserDefinedActions'. 
 

Check in Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > Database Setup is there a link to upgrade database(s). If the link is visible click on it and update the database(s).
