ISSUE
When creating or editing a Flexi Task form, the form might not appear and the following error might occur:The server encountered an error processing the request. The exception message is: Object not set to an instance of an object
ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
- Open SharePoint Central Administration and click on Nintex Forms Management.
- Click on Manage Device Layouts.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and locate the Templates section if there are no templates below the browse button.
- Click on Browse.
- Navigate to the location of the form and click Open.
- Click Upload.
- The form will now be uploaded and available for use in Nintex Forms.
