Issue
Unable to configure below actions in Nintex Workflow.
· XML based actions
· SQL query actions
· Set Condition actions
The below error occurs:
Something went wrong. Unexpected error has occurred.
Checking the SharePoint ULS logs based on the time the error occurs and the correlation Id generated, the below unexpected error is found.
Nintex.Workflow.NWException: Unable to get workflow constants. ---> System.Security.Principal.IdentityNotMappedException: Some or all identity references could not be translated.

Resolution
The service account configured for Nintex Workflow constants used in the SharePoint farm is no longer valid and needs to be updated. Update each workflow constants credentials.
