Issue
When attempting to open the Nintex Forms designer the below error occurs.
Failed to handle start form designer page on initialize event. Error: The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'NF_Consumption'

Resolution
Make sure the service account associated to the web application pool used by Nintex has the WSS_Content_Application_Pools database role added for the Nintex Forms database. Please follow the guide below for more details.
