In the "Cancelled & Errored Workflows", under details the error message reads

"Error building string. Error executing inline (fn-Insert) function."

and

"An error has occurred in WORKFLOWNAME."

Check if the evaluated string has at least the same (or superior) number of characters that is indicated in the inline function (the second argument in the function, "Position to Insert New Text").
