When using the "Copy to SharePoint" action to copy a document set, the action might fail with the following error:

Activate the feature "Document ID Service" on the source and target site collections.

Note: Activating the feature creates a timer job to enable the functionality, wait 5 minutes before trying the workflow again.

 

DocID: Site prefix not set.

This occurs when the site collection feature "Document ID Service" is missing on the target site.
