Issue
After migrating from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2016 there are duplicate references to the previous 2013 databases within Nintex Administration.
Resolution
Previous to migrating databases from the 2013 environment, run the Stored Procedure '_PrepareForNewEnvironment' found within the Nintex Configuration database.
