Issue
If a Task action is the first action in a workflow and that action is disabled the workflow may error.
Resolution
This is a known issue. To resolve either:
1. Delete the disabled action
or
2. Move the disabled action lower in the workflow.
Error
Error in approval header. Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'WorkflowProgressID', table 'NW_contentDB_01.dbo.HumanWorkflow'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
