Collection operation action set to remove by value does not remove values.

Verify that the value is correctly matched in the collection.  If a rich text field was used in the query to generate the collection the value stored in the collection may be HTML or XML even though it appears as text.  To verify this log the variable to a plain text field and ensure the values match.
