Issue
After installing a new version of a workflow, overwriting the prior version, a second Start Workflow icon might appear in the 'quick start' list item drop-down menu.
Resolution
- Open the site using SharePoint Designer.
- Navigate to Lists and Libraries in the left-navigation.
- Click the affected List.
- Click on the ‘Custom Action’ heading – this will take you to the ‘Custom Actions’ view which contains the Delete functionality.
- Click the view you wish to delete, and then select the Delete button from the toolbar menu.
