Using variables in a Send notification action or Flexitask action, adds additional lines
Resolution
This has been fixed in Nintex Workflows build:
2010 - 2.5.5.20
2013 - 3.2.5.20
2016 - 4.3.1.20
These are hotfix builds which will need to be requested from Nintex Support
