What time does the system become unavailable on the license expiration date for Nintex Forms and Workflow.

It becomes unavailable at 0:00 (server location time) on the expiry day.

If the license is production, the environment is no longer supported by Nintex. and the product cannot be updated.
If the license is development/demo, Nintex products will stop working.
