Nintex Forms On-prem not loading

The following JavaScript error may be related to the following software installed on your system:

Check if you have the U8  ERP system installed : https://www.yonyou.com.sg/solutions/financial-management/
this software may affect the JavaScript loading when Nintex Form is loaded.
And either contact the U8 vendor for an update or un-install from the SharePoint server side.
