Moving documents from Sharepoint on-premise to Office 365 

Is it possible to move a document form Sharepoint on-premise to Office 365?

Yes, it is possible using the "Office 365 upload file" Live action for Nintex workflow for Sharepoint on-premise

Office 365 upload file" is a Live action. To have that action, you will need to have Live settings enabled in your environment.
If you have the Live settings enabled in your environment, you should be able to find the action under "Catalog" tab in the workflow designer.
