Yes, there is a connector for Dynamics 365 for SharePoint on-prem and Nintex Workflow.
Within the Workflow Designer click on the catalog, the Dynamic actions are the ones where it does not state that it is on-premise. The Dynamic actions are the ones that connect to the cloud platform.
