Using Nintex and SharePoint 2013, how to call SharePoint Designer Workflow using Nintex web service?

When creating SharePoint Designer workflows, from the Platform Type drop down please ensure you select 'SharePoint 2010 Workflow'.
Additional Information
SharePoint 2013 workflows can either use the current Workflow Manager or the Legacy workflow engine to process data.
