Is the following Nintex Database creation method supported:
Create a Nintex content database in SQL and then attach it via Central Administration

Instructions
The only supported method of content database creation in Nintex is, by navigating to Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > Database Setup > Add Content Database, remembering to not select the "Existing Database" checkbox.
