Is it possible to copy repeat section data to another Custom list

If the data in the repeated section is being captured in a SharePoint column then a workflow can be created to copy the data, the below article is an example of this

If the data is not captured in the SharePoint column then it will be best to create a list template of the list with the content and then restore the list template in the new location
