What is the proper configuration for Nintex External Services when using MinRole on SharePoint 2016?

Nintex External Services are installed on all the servers in the farm, but run on server with Central Administration by default. These services can be configured to run on any server in the farm, but should only have 1 instance running per farm, as having additional service instances is redundant and may conflict with each other. The services in question are:
 

• Nintex Connector Workflow Queue Service (AutoProvision enabled)
• Nintex Workflow Start Service (AutoProvision enabled)
• Nintex External Relay Service (AutoProvision enabled)
• Nintex External Forms Online Service (AutoProvision disabled)

The Nintex External Services are MinRole compliant for the following roles:
 

• Single Server
• Application
• Web Front End
