Is it possible to cancel an NW Admin MoveData that is taking too long to complete?

Cancelling the MoveData command is not recommended, as it will also take a long time to roll back the changes. However, it is possible to turn on the Web Application. This will not have any negative impact on the MoveData already in progress.
