When using a set variable action to capture the email of a person or group column you must indicate the property of Email Address, semicolon delimited.
Instructions
Configure the variable and set variable action as follows:
Variable
Variable should be of type person or group.
Action
Variable
Variable should be of type person or group.
Action
- Configure the action so the variable Equals List Look Up.
- Source should equal the list the person or group column is contained in.
- Field should equal the column containing the person of group that you want to retrieve the email
- Select the the ellipsis on the right of the field select box
- Choose Email Address, semicolon delimited
