Running Multiple Workflow Instances on the Same List Item

Is it possible to run multiple workflows on the same list item in either Nintex Workflow for SharePoint or Nintex Workflow for Office 365?

At this time, the ability to run multiple workflows on the same list is not supported in either SharePoint or Office 365 environments.
