How to restore a form that has been deleted.
Instructions
- Navigate to the hidden library http://<Site>/NintexForms and identify the form you need to restore
- Identify the version you would like to restore to (either using the last modified date or using the version number) and select Restore
- Open the form designer for the list and re-publish the form
