How to restore a form that has been deleted.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the hidden library http://<Site>/NintexForms and identify the form you need to restore
  2. Identify the version you would like to restore to (either using the last modified date or using the version number) and select Restore
  3. Open the form designer for the list and re-publish the form
