The registration email containing the link to Nintex Workflow 2013/2016 installation files is not received or is lost.

You can retrieve the installation files from the Nintex Community website:
1. Register for an account by navigating to this link: https://community.nintex.com/create-account.jspa 
2. Email Nintex Support (Support@nintex.com) with your account login name and request download privileges on the Nintex Community 
3. Once that has been granted, then download the appropriate Nintex product using the link https://community.nintex.com/community/installation/product-downloads
