How to configure Nintex Workflow for SharePoint to send notifications to users through Skype for Business.
Instructions
- Navigate to Central Administration
- Open Nintex Workflow Management
- Open Global Settings
- Under Instant Messaging Settings select OCS/Lync
- Provide the sip address, service account username and password, OCS/Lync server name, transport method
- Select OK at the bottom of the page
