When enabling Lazy Approval in Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > LazyApproval Settings you can set the Alias name but not the domain.
Instructions
If the Domain needs to be changed, navigating to Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > Global Settings and changing the Reply To Address: setting allows the domain to be altered.
This will be reflected on the Lazy Approval settings page.
