QUESTION
Is it possible to enable monitoring of user actions, such as Create, Update, Delete and Publish, in Nintex Forms or Nintex Workflows?

This feature is currently unavailable in Nintex Forms or Nintex Workflow. Visit Nintex User Voice forum to add comments and use cases to this enhancement request.

SharePoint 2013 has a security audit feature that may be enabled to determine who is taking what actions with the content of a site collection.
