We just upgraded to SharePoint 2019 + Nintex 2019 on-prem. I'm looking for the Workflow Report Viewer web part which we use to track and find "abandoned" workflows. Does this still exist?

You need to add the feature to your site. After that you'll have additional Nintex Web Parts that you can add to a classic page.
