When the approval click on Approve follow by submit/Ok on Nintex form. System prompted error: 

Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

The error only occurred when try approve 1 particular form. 

Tried on Chrome and Safari. Getting same error. 

Any hint/advise?
