We are facing below issues after applying the May 2022 CU for SharePoint
1. Scheduled site workflow failing with the status "Failed to start"
2. Workflows with pause action getting failed

You might want to escalate this by opening a Ticket with Nintex proper if a MS Update has caused an issue with your Nintex Installation.
