When I validate my nintex form, I am redirected to the list page. Instead I would like to redirect to a specific page to which I can pass the ID value of the new item created.
Any idea how to proceed?

I'm not sure that this can be done, since the ID will not exist until after the form has been submitted and SharePoint has created the new item for real.
You might be able to do something with Save and Continue and a link or button on the form that is only shown / generated after an Item ID has been created, but that's the only approach I could think of which would get you close.
