Print to Pdf is not working in either IE 10 or above

Dear Team,

Print to PDF button is not generating pdf document when i click on it. it is not working only in IE 10 and above but it works in IE 9. Please guide me.

    It works for me in IE 10, 11, and Edge/Chromium.
