If you create a new Nintex Forms database from the Nintex Administration menu does that resolve your issue?
If you are using Nintex Mobile or Nintex live forms you will need to re-publish those forms after re-creating the database.

If you are migrating the instructions say to install the product before migrating databases.

We followed the below:

  1. Installed Nintex 2013 forms.
  2. Restored the Nintex Forms DB.
  3. On“Manage Database” , entered the restored Nintex Forms databases.
  4. Activated the Nintex Forms fetaure on web application.
  5. Re-ran the Nintex Forms 2013 installer to ensure the database is upgraded. This stage we received the error.
