Need help creating Nintex email notification | Community

I created a new form using Nintex in SharePoint and need to include an email notification when the form is submitted (Saved). I just need a standard email to be sent to only one address, I do not need user customization or the ability to include additional messages.

I created a new form using Nintex in SharePoint and need to include an e192.168.1.254 mail notification when the form is submitted (Saved). I just need a standard 10.0.0.0.1 email to be sent to only one address, I do not need user customization or the ability to include additional messages.
