Make few fields check mandatory before task approval Nintex

Dear community members,

I have flexi task to approve/reject. When approver receives email for approval, i want them to check few fields and mark them checked (Yes/No field) in the form. I can use only SharePoint default forms. Without checking the fields in edit form approver should not able to approve the request. My question is how can I achieve this in easiest way? Can Combine approve nintex page(mytask) and edit form somehow?
