Hide Form webpart and display another webpart on nintex submit button

I have pulled Nintex form in form webpart. Now When I click on the submit button, the form webpart should hide and an another webpart should show with the Thank You message on it. I have been trying to find out the solution for too long but no luck! Any lead would be really really helpful.. Thanks a lot in advance..

    Try have a look Rule Designer in the form, under the Actions tab there is a show message auction and a Navigate to another form action that you could maybe have a look at. I hope it helps
