Formula builder blank

Hi. I'm trying to add rules but when I click on formula builder, there are no references showing.  I have a choice field but it isn't there. Help please?

    Hey @jlee 

    Where are you attempting to add rules? You should be able to select a "Choice" control as a part of your rules within the form as seen below.

    On add rules. When i click on the formula icon, the formula builder pops up but those tabs on your screenshot dont show. 😥
