Create item action nintex wF, publishing showing 401 unauthorized

After creating new database for nintex WF, we noticed strange behavior, for example some action if we put it into workflow and trying to publish workflow its keep asking for a user name and password. 

For example : if i create workflow with 1 action "" create item "" then trying to publish this workflow it is keep asking for credential
