Can we change Content type after importing reusable workflow

Hi,

 

I wanted to know that if I importing my Nintex reusable workflow( on SharePoint 2013) from one environment to another (suppose Production to UAT) then , can I change content type after importing the workflow. If yes, then please let me know the steps.
