I am using an iPad, Safari browser, SharePoint and Nintex form 2016. I keep getting an error message whenever I try to upload/attach an immage.

Error message: “Safari can’t open page because the network connection was lost.

Any help is grateful!

Are you able to upload any other files?

It sounds like you are using a web browser on the iPad. Do you see the same issue with the Nintex Mobile app for iOS?


@SimonMuntz thank you for your input. Yes, I am using the safari browser on an iPad. I am able to upload other files only windows PCs.

I haven’t tried Nintex mobile app for IOS since our form lives in SharePoint.
