Hello,

Just have question about Nintex workflow “Assign Flexi Task” not sure if that was the expected behaviour. I have setup a workflow with “Assign Flexi Task” for some reason when I rejected the assign task it does not go to the next step where it send email. The Approve outcome works but not Reject.

Hi @aorellano,

Have you tried a Log on History List action instead on the reject branch, just in case there is an issue with the Send Email action configuration?

Does the workflow history list show that the workflow went down the reject path?
Does the workflow get stuck on the Send an email action, or does it continue to the next action?

If you execute this outside of the runif block, does it work then?

HI Simon,

Thank you for your response, I checked the workflow history and it did not continue to the next action. Not sure if because of the outcome that was set in the Flexi Task. (Please see screenshot).

Hi @aorellano,

I can see in the task configuration that it is set to “All must agree on a specific outcome”. How many tasks are assigned, and have all assignees approved and agreed?
If there is only one assignee, what happens if you choose “First response applies”?
