Nintex for Office 365

I’m trying to validate the to see if the current user is an approver.  Current User information does not display on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge in Edit Mode and it does not display in Text or Calculated Value field either.  It does however, consistently display if I put it in a label but this does not help because I need it in a Text or Calculated Value field.  Please assist.

Hello there, I would like to know if it is possible to set a value for a Multi Line Textbox with rich text enabled in a Classic Form via JavaScript? I would like to be able to update the value of the field with html content depending on another field. I tried already many different things but nothing worked so far and I am able to set the value for text fields and normal multi line text fields. I tried things like this but without any luck: var txtArea = NWF$('#'+ remun).closest('tr').find('div[id$="_inplacerte"]');txtArea.html("testing 123");

If I am in the middle of editing my newly-created Nintex form and discover I've made an error in the underlying SharePoint list, is there away to go back and correct the list and update the form without having to delete the form and re-create it? 

So, this is my second post on here and I'm hoping to def get some help on this one desperately. I'm working a repeating section on Nintex 2013 Classic Form view for a customer that wants certain fields to auto-fill based on the first field that's entered, e.g. Part Number.  I have researched this like crazy and can't find any solid solution for the classic form with using calculated value lookup controls. I figured out the formula to get the fields to populate on the first line but the minute you click on "Add New Row" everything in the auto-fill fields clears out. Please help!  I've even read another post on here trying to add the "parselookup"...e.g. lookup("Material Master","PartNumber",parselookup(txtPartNumber),"PARTDESCRIPTION") into the formula but that doesn't work eit

I thought I saw the answer to this question, but after a long time searching, I was not able to find it.  In a workflow,  I'd like to strip/extract the email address  out of the value returned from a people picker field.  I think I can use a regular expression, but am not sure how to configure it.For example, I'd like to extract daniel.Smith@domain.onmicrosoft.com out of  i:0#.f|membership|daniel.Smith@domain.onmicrosoft.com. Thank you! 

I created a multi lines of text field and created the fields I needed on o365 Nintex forms, the data in the RS is in xml format. Is there a way to get the data from the RS clean? not in xml? Also, when you download the list to excel the RS is in excel is there a way to get that data our clean?   Thanks

I have created a dual language English Spanish form, in which the English title of each question is followed by the Spanish, e.g.: Market / Mercado. The customer has asked if the Spanish text could appear on a separate line, e.g.: Market Mercado Is there a way to insert a carriage return between the English and Spanish text? The customer would like this format for the Hint text also.

On a new responsive form in O365 I have a Web Request control that validates a postal address. I get a response with details about the address including City, State, Zip, Zip+4 code, Latitude, Longitude, and others. I can pull any single element from the response in the Label text and Value text properties of the Web request, but I need to be able to process many of the elements of the response.My thought was to set the Value text property to a concatenation of all the elements that I need, and then to parse it out into the different fields on the form. But I can't seem to combine elements in the control property. There is a JSONPath syntax that theoretically would allow this, but it does not appear to be imp

Hello,In my workflow, I am trying to update XML of a repeating section on my form.  I am using Nintex O365.The data is saved in a Multi-Line Plain Text field called CERS Element Line Items.  I am able to parse the XML with no problem.  In a For Each Loop, I save the Output Index in a variable called itemElementIndex.  I use this same variable in an Update XML Action.  Below is a screenshot of the configuration of Update XML.Regarding the long name at the end of the XPath query. I know it is right, because I am able to extract the data from the XML and I see the values in my History log.I get the error: “An exception occurred while processing parameter [InputXML]”What am I doing wrong?  What other information do you need?

I have a form and based on the selection on a Yes/No field or a lookup field an email notification needs to be sent. I do not want to manage the emails in the workflow I would rather manage them from another list. Which brings me to my question. Is there a way for a workflow to send email notifications pulling the email address from another list based on field selections in the form? Using new responsive Designer.

Based on this help article (under the Personal and Shared connections header) if I create a Nintex Connector using a Nintex Administrator account I should be able to see that Connector across the tenant.I've created a "SharePoint Online: List & library" Connector on the root site of the tenant using a Nintex Administrator account however when I use the "Office 365 query list" action on a Site Collection in that tenant I don't see that Connector.Am I missing a step?

I added a repeating section with new designer via nintex form. Now i'm trying to use a workflow to write the information entered into this section into another SP list. I'm so frustrated. The repeating section and everything works if all fields in the RS is field out, but if I leave a field blank or empty, the workflow is suspended. I'm a newbie and unclear what I am doing wrong. We do not require all the fields to be completed, they might rightfully so need to be blank, only one field is required so I want all fields updated to reflect that record in the other list if the required field has information which it would every time since it's required. I do not understand why it's got to be so complicated. So annoyed.

Hi All,  Hoping for some help here.  I am creating a form for our Finance department to deal with incoming purchasing requests. The form writes the data to a SharePoint List.  In the form, we have Three Lookup fields pulling data from two config SharePoint lists. I am hoping someone can help me. I have searched and searched but all the answers I find relate to older version of SharePoint and Nintex.  I currently have a list set up that has a workflow that takes the item that's entered and puts it on a calendar. My issue is whenever we do a modify from the list, instead of updating the entry on the calendar, it creates a new calendar event. When I try to use the suggestions from the posts from older version, I don't have access to the options that are listed. I have also tried assigning an item ID to the entries using GUID and Integer (separately, not at the same time), but when I do this, the number is the same on all entries.  The original workflow is pretty simple, but attaching pictures for reference. 

Hi Everyone, I'm having issues with my cascading Nintex dropdowns that load from a SharePoint List.  It gets stuck on loading and sometimes takes up to 5 mins to load.   It's happening differently for different users.  Has anyone had this issue? Thanks,John

Hello,I have a scenario that I am not sure how to handle.I am using Nintex 365 New Responsive forms/workflow to replace a legacy form.  I have a list where each item has 11 elements.  Let’s call the columns Element A, Element B … Element K. The user should be able to add/attach one large (i.e. > 1 mg) document for each element, so there will be 8 documents.  The previous/legacy form had a button for each element.  When the user clicked the button, they were able to navigate to the document, and attach it to the form. (see image below).  I would like to present a similar functionality.It doesn’t seem like Attachments would work, because there is no way to pull up the specific document of the exact element that you want to see.    I was thinking of storing the documents in a document library and provide a link next to the element in the form, but I am not sure how that would work (i.e. how to get the URL for the document).   I do not want to rely on the user to

I'm attempting to create a new Jira issue using Jira's REST API through the Nintex Web Request action. The HTML response I get asks me to "please sign in", even though I am supplying my username and password in the action configuration. My JSON is fine according to a developer on our company's Jira team as he was able to create an Issue card using his tool with it. I've read up on Jira's Basic Authentication, but I have no idea what to do with this in my workflow. The Basic Authentication and the REST API both refer to using a curl command to receive authentication. Do I need to do th
