O365 WF + responsive form: query repeating section fails with 'XML content is invalid. Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1'

My responsive form has a repeating section called repExtraActions, connected to a multiline text field in my list. Are tasks deleted when action is no longer required?

I use the "Start a Task Process" action to send an approval task to three people.  The action is configured to complete when the first response is received.This creates three tasks in the "Workflow Task List".  Let's just say the IDs  for the task items are:339233933394When I approve one of the three tasks, let's say its 3393, the other two tasks are deleted from the "Workflow Tasks" list.3392 - Deleted from the list.3393 - Complete3394 - Deleted from the list That means that if the other two approvers attempt to follow the link to the task they were assigned, perhaps they got into the office late or were busy, they get an error indicating the item was deleted.Is this normal behavior? If so, is there a more graceful way of handling the link to the deleted task?Chris

365 query list with variable in filter not working

Hi,I have a list with text values. I use this list in a ForEach loop and store the Title value in a variable.I then use the 365 query list and want to filter records where a choice field equals that variable. If I write out the filter value in the CAML as text, I get a result. If I use the variable instead, I get 0 results.  What am I doing wrong? Note that the Owner Role is a Choice field in the list I want to filter. I attach a screenshot of the CAML from Notepad++. The top CAML works fine, but the bottom CAML does not. How can I post CAML code here?

Save Picture showed in a repeating section with lookup function

Following the steps in this link Populate a Calculated Value Field with HTML/Picture but in office 365 I resolve the form, but when I want to save the item I received an error:  Only received this error if I save more than I repeating section. If only have one, I can save perfectly.

Revert to Published Version of Form

Hi, I have a Nintex form that I have published, and then changed and saved (not published) on the request of the client. They then came back to me and said they'd like to rethink again and to not do any more work and leave it as it is. So therefore I need to discard my saved version and just use revert to the Published version. Is there a way of reverting the form designer back to the currently published version rather than the saved version? I appreciate there is no version control, but if you can't do that, I'd be surprised. Thanks

Autopopulate date/time field based on another date/time field

Hello everyone! I am working on a form and I need to autopopulate fields based on another fields, I have done it on simple text fields but I don't know how to do it on date/time fields. I need to autopopulate a date/time field based on another date/time field so that they will have the same value.  Do you have any idea on how I can implement this? Thank you!

Nintex Update

Friends,We have subscription to office 365 workflow pack. We can see there are some updates to forms and workflow available but when I click on it, it does not install / update. Any idea?  Any pointers would be appreciated.Thanks,

Duplicate data into another form on save and duplicate button click

What is the script or way to perform a "Submit and Duplicate " action on my form. What I want to do is that if user hits "Submit and Duplicate" after the item's saved, form still remains opened (new form) and some values from the saved form must be transferred to the new one. Guess this should be done using JavaScript but can't figure that out. How can it be done? I can't figure out the code or workflow for it.duplicatenintexformsnintex jquerynintexworkflow

Webpart Redirect URL for 365

When using the forms webpart to embed a form in a page, there is a redirect URL. I don't really want to send the user anywhere, and having the redirect url set as the current URL of the page makes the page reload and doesn't really give the user confirmation of their submission. I'd like to have the form just show a little "thanks for your submission" type message within the frame on the page. I did add a confirmation message to the "Save" button which pops up at the top of the page, but then the page still reloads. I see that there is a "Confirmation Page" setting for On-Prem, but don't see anything comparable for 365. Am I missing something?

How can I customize a content type with Nintex Forms

In other versions of Nintex Forms it was possible to  customize  a content type's form by going the Content Type Settings > Eddit Form with Nintex forms but I don't see that option on the O365 version. I have added the App "Nintex Forms for O365, am I missing anything else?Note that this  is not a list based form, it is just a content type.

Pause for Duration appears not to be pausing?

In my workflow I have a "pause for duration" within a "loop." The specific pause is 5 minutes.I used a "run if" so that it only happens every 40 items. I noticed in my workflow history that the workflow did not pause as expected. I added a log to check within the run if statement.  Any ideas why it's skipping the pause? I attached snapshots of my workflow as well as the workflow history from a specific instance.

Send email x number of days before Calendar Event Starts

Hi, I want to create a workflow based on a SharePoint CalendarI have created a Calendar and want to send an email out x number of days before the event is due to take place but not 100% on what I need to do, so if anyone has any idea's or solutions on how to do this that would be great. Thank you  Claire

Is it possible to have a search bar in nintex form?

Hello everyone, I am working on a form and I am thinking, is it possible to have a search bar in the nintex form instead of using the choice control? Because I have more than 20 choices and the dropdown for the choice control is too long. Has anybody achieved this or any idea on how to do this? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Switch content types in Nintex form

If the SharePoint list/library is associated with multiple content types then SharePoint out-of-the-box edit forms provide provision to switch to different content types. Attached a screen shot for the same in case I am not clear.  However, Nintex form requires to be created for every content type. Nintex form in edit mode does not list the content types available in the list/library unlike the SharePoint list/library edit forms. Thereby, we cannot modify the content type using Nintex form. I require this in upload document scenario where document gets associated with default content type and I would like to switch to different content type but Nintex form does not list them. Please suggest any solutions if you have come across this situation.

userProfileLookup

Hi All,  I am struggling to get the userProfileLookup runtime function to return any values within an O365 responsive form. Via the settings of the O365 app I have trusted the app to read the User Profile Service. The profile accounts in use have values in the fields being attempted. The user account returns email when I add the common property of current user(email) to the title field of a calculated field. The formula within a calculated field I am attempting to use to present the user account's email address is; userProfileLookup(Current User (Email), "WorkEmail") Ideally I am aiming to update further fields from a user account selected in a peoplepicker field, but I wanted to get assurance the runtime was working as expected.Any advice greatly received. Kevin

Does Nintex for O365 (SharePoint online) support workflow template to re-use across Document Library in sub-sites?

Hello,  I am trying to replace our out-dated SharePoint Designer worfklow (SharePoint 2010 approval workflow) with Nintex solution. However, I was unable to find the option to create the workflow template and re-use it across all sub-site Document Library.  We have the approval workflow on top site collection level, any Document Library in sub-sites under that site collection can use the workflow. When I need to make any change, I only needs to open SP Designer and change the workflow template at top level.  Is that a feature that Nintex support? I am using trial version and I cannot find it.  Thank you.

Pre-Populating form with getQueryString

Essentially, I'd like to replicate this functionality in Nintex 365:  Problem is, the function fn-GetQueryString() does not seem to be in Nintex 365.  Is there another way to accomplish the same thing?

Rules for save button on responsive form

I have created a Nintex Responsive form, when I hit enter the form submits but I have not completed all the data.  Is there a rule that you can use in form to stop the form from saving until you hit the save button In the Classic form you can enter some CSS Script but in the responsive for you are not able to. Any Suggestions? Kind regards Claire Allen

Responsive forms can not be taken offline

From what I can see, responsive forms cannot be taken offline in the Mobile App. Am I missing something or is this the case?

How to retrieve all data from SharePoint 365 list into a form ??

Hi Team;I have a list (full of data) with fields : Name, Address, Manager,Notes, dateHow can i retrieve all this data in a form, i want to query every row and write the data, then move to the next row and print the data in the form, i think i should use labels and calculated values ...but, how to make it automatically creates a new "label/calculated value" to print the data, as i don't know how many rows i will have in the list; the result should looks like : Name user1, your address is : address1, your manager is : manager1, notes : notes1 Name user2, your address is : address2, your manager is : manager2, notes : notes2... Thank you for your help in advance !!Ahmed
