I would like to create a hyperlink on list form, and user will input the parameter in a textbox (e.g. user will input a PO nubmer into a textbox PO-0001), i need the hyperlink redirect a new page to http://myweb/po_enquiry.aspx?ponum=PO-0001
Anyone have idea? Thanks.
