I am using a trial edition of Nintex workflow for O365 to verify that this tool meets my company's requirement. O365 is also a trial edition. I need to confirm how to prevent site users from addding Nintex Workflow app. I plan that only site administrators can add this app.
However, a user in a group with read permission can add Nintex WF app. Is this behavior caused from the trial edition? Please tell me how to control users to access app on a legitimate edition.

Hi Keiko,
Normally only a Site Collection Administrator should be able to add the app to a site. If they are not you should see something similar to this:
Is your user seeing the "Add It" button show up?
Thanks,
Callum
Thanks Callum, I will check it!
Well, the user can add Nintex WF app with the following flow.
Settings menu > add an app > Apps you can add section > Nintex Workflow for Office 365
And "ADD IT" button is active for read permission user.
Is this caused by a trial edition of Sharepoint online?
